college I work for is moving from 100% home grown HR/payroll/finance software to a 3rd party

Ive been writing code for 4 months to do all of the info exchange between our db, our vendors and the 3rd party system

10k lines of code added or updated in our version control system

Where I work, we would have bought half of each of three different (low-bid) software suites, then expected our IT folks to make that mess into one smooth-running system!

Soon I will be retired, and will get to determine my computer usage on MY terms!

10k lines of code. You are a perfectionist.
If I did 10k lines of code I guarantee you there would be a problem.

I cant do anything 10k times the same. Thats why I pee outside a lot. A mistake simply dries up and goes away. Im the only one to know.
