Load for .540 White Bison

Afternoon DWB's:
Looking for load recommendations for Bullet ( grain ) and
Powder amount for my White Bison in .540 caliber.
Any recommendations are appreciated.

I shoot the 54 cal, 525 grain No Excuses from mine.
85 weighed grains of 2F Swiss black powder.
Oversized wool wad (.58 cal)
RWS #11 caps
Bestill breech plug
Tres Ampco nipple

My pleasure.
Here is a blackbear I killed with my Bison in Maryland last October. I was using one of Flounders 553 grain conicals with an 85 grain charge.Bullet zipped right thru him. He didn’t go10 yds.

Flounder is a member on this site. He graciously sent me some bullets he had cast for his 54 cal Bison about 8 years ago.
